Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Content Delivery
Since Pariksha Pro VIP Pass grants immediate digital access to 500+ mock tests and unlimited AI Salah features, purchases are generally non-refundable once activated.
2. Double Deduction / Payment Gateway Errors
If amount was debited from your bank account but your VIP pass was not activated due to a gateway technical error, the amount will either be automatically reversed within 3-5 business days by your bank or manually activated by our team upon emailing the payment transaction ID to billing@parikshapro.com.
