By accessing or using the **Pariksha Pro** mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

### 1. Account Registration & Fair Use
- Each student account is personal to the registered user. Sharing credentials or using automated bots/scrapers to download mock test questions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.

### 2. VIP Pro Subscriptions & Access
- Free tier accounts receive access to daily challenges, sample mock tests, and standard analytics.
- **VIP Pro Subscriptions** unlock unlimited full-length test series, state PYQ books, offline PDF notes, and AI Salah Pro doubt solving.
- Subscriptions are active for the duration purchased (e.g., 30 Days, 1 Year, Lifetime) and are non-transferable.

### 3. Intellectual Property Rights
All mock test question sets, formula sheets, PDF study capsules, and AI Salah algorithms are the proprietary intellectual property of Pariksha Pro. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is an infringement of applicable copyright laws.

### 4. 7-Day Refund Policy
If you purchase a VIP Pro plan and are unsatisfied with our content or experience technical difficulties, you may request a 100% refund within **7 days** of purchase by emailing **billing@parikshapro.com**.

### 5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% accuracy in our answer keys and explanations based on official commission notifications (SSC, CGPSC, Vyapam, Railway), Pariksha Pro is an independent preparatory platform and is not affiliated with any government recruitment board.
